Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide the sales team to achieve the sales target (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly)
∎ Demonstrate and advocate our new ceramic product to the dealers, retailers, customers and other stakeholders
∎ Create and apply modern and effective sales strategy to establish positive appearance as a competitive ceramic brand in the market
∎ Take effective measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities of ceramic products
∎ Prepare market visit plan following different route chart and implement it
∎ Collect sales data by analyzing the market and provide to the reporting authority regularly
∎ Coordinate and communicate with the distribution and logistics team to ensure product availability
∎ Prepare competitor's sales and promotional activity report and reshuffle sales strategy if required
∎ Visit outlet and distributor's warehouse in a regular basis to identify the amount of damage and take effective action to control it
∎ Monitor distributors' stock, ensure timely payment and receive claim adjustment
∎ Maintain smart data record (i.e.-Sales volume, stock, market challenges, etc.) and analyze them frequently to take required actions
∎ Build a strong relationship with new dealers/distributors and keep in touch with the retailers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in the ceramics industry, especially in any kind of building materials, FMCG will get preference.
∎ Sound analytical skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
∎ Self-driven and dynamic attitude
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft Office package
