Responsibilities & Context:

·         Supervise, manage and respond to technical support issues which are reported tickets or mail.

·         Prepare roster and Monthly Schedule for the Team members

·         Assign respective Team and engineer to ensure Effective and efficient utilization of manpower.

·         Proactively monitor team and make adjustments to meet optimum performance levels and advocate consistently maintained procedures.

·         Responding to breakdowns and making expert level investigation of customer long Critical issues, identifying their root cause, and correcting when possible.

·         Undertake proactive follow-up to ensure corporate customer satisfaction level.

·         Training, Develop and provide direction to less experienced engineers.

·         Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.

·         Identify gaps in processes and services across environments.

·         Ensure maximum uses of resources.

·         Supervise fiber & wireless infrastructure equipment’s termination activities.

·         Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions

·         Co-ordinate with internal departments.

·         Submit requisition for individual client from our system.

·         Implement and develop new and existing fiber & wireless network.

·         Technician team management.

·         Regularly maintain/count/issue Region Offices inventory items.

·         Design and plan fiber-optic networks including FTTx network.

·         Configure, and troubleshoot of MikroTik routers and related network devices.
