• Market and industry analysis to find opportunities for increasing sales channels, e.g., retail financing.

• Implement and coordinate retail finance throughout the country, phase by phase.

• Ensure retail finance's monthly and quarterly sales targets are fulfilled.

• Maintaining good relationships with existing and upcoming retail financing partners.

• Prepare and propose a business plan for different modalities to increase sales.

• Coordinate and communicate with partners periodically.

• Prepare and present different reports as per management requirements.

• Assist in the new dealer recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Assist in the development of existing and new dealer’s employees to enhance the Suzuki brand image.

• Continuously monitor and maintain Suzuki standards across the country.

• Salary Review: Yearly

Festival Bonus: 02 (75% of Gross Salary)
