Education:
    • Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with enrollment as an Advocate under the Bangladesh Bar Council.
    • Master of Law (LLM) in Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Property Law, Corporate Law, or a related discipline (preferred).


Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in land documentation, vetting, and land management. 

  • Experience in real estate companies, corporate legal departments, or law firms with land practice exposure is essential.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Vet, review, and finalize all land-related legal documents including deeds, agreements, leases, and mutation records.

  • Conduct comprehensive title due diligence and ownership verification for land acquisition and transfer.

  • Manage end-to-end documentation processes ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

  • Liaise with government authorities, land offices, and registration departments for documentation and approvals.

  • Identify and mitigate legal and procedural risks related to land transactions.

  • Maintain a systematic and up-to-date repository of all land records and legal documents.

  • Provide legal opinions and recommendations on land-related matters to management.

  • Proactively resolve land-related disputes involving ownership, possession, or documentation.

  • Review and finalize contracts, agreements, and leases involving land assets.

  • Ensure timely renewal of leases, statutory approvals, and registrations.

  • Guide and train team members on land documentation best practices and legal updates.

  • Monitor changes in land and property laws and ensure organizational compliance.
