• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in handling customer satisfaction tools and service analytics.

• Technical knowledge in computer hardware/software is preferred.

• Serve as the Deputy Head of Customer Service Management Department, assisting in strategic planning, team leadership, and efficient service operation.

• Supervise market issue analysis and customer communication. Ensure timely resolution of hardware and software issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS) for service expert. Organize technical training session and develop service training module.

• Negotiate with supplier for Free of Cost (FOC) support in After Sales and Production areas. Conduct Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) calls and share findings with relevant department.

• Conduct technical and process audits to identify improvement areas. Analyze service performance data and lead initiatives to improve service quality.

• Perform any additional task assigned by the Management/HOD/Supervisor.
