Experience:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in handling customer satisfaction tools and service analytics.
Technical knowledge in computer hardware/software is preferred.
Serve as the Deputy Head of Customer Service Management Department, assisting in strategic planning, team leadership, and efficient service operation.
Supervise market issue analysis and customer communication. Ensure timely resolution of hardware and software issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS) for service expert. Organize technical training session and develop service training module.
Negotiate with supplier for Free of Cost (FOC) support in After Sales and Production areas. Conduct Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) calls and share findings with relevant department.
Conduct technical and process audits to identify improvement areas. Analyze service performance data and lead initiatives to improve service quality.
Perform any additional task assigned by the Management/HOD/Supervisor.
