Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to increase sales, market share and profitability.
∎ Lead a team of corporate sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ Manage key customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
∎ Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
∎ Develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
∎ Negotiate contracts with potential customers.
∎ Create sales and marketing plans and materials.
∎ Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Create reports and present progress to senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year experience in any reputed Furniture Manufacturing Company.
∎ Candidates should be very presentable, self-motivated, dynamic and energetic.
∎ Should have excellent negotiation skills and be very vocal.
∎ He should have good presentation skills and be fluent in spoken both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy is crucial.
∎ Proven track record of successful corporate sales experience
∎ In-depth knowledge of strategic sales techniques and customer relationship management
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
∎ Ability to analyze customer data and identify potential sales opportunities
Salary: Tk. 65000 - 80000 (Monthly)
