Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA (Marketing, Management or any discipline) from any reputed public/private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and monitor the assigned sector as sector head.
∎ To adopt policies to increase the sales through field forces, sale centers, traders, corporate/ customers etc.
∎ To formulate product wise marketing and promotional plan in order to increase demand and sales volume.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly marketing and sales plan.
∎ To prepare market visit/route plan of sales team and closely monitor their activities.
∎ To ensure proper reporting system for the entire field force through which management remains
∎ informed about the field activities.
∎ To keep close contact with the field forces, encourage them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and dedication, ensure disbursement of their incentives as per management declaration without delay.
∎ To serve as a link between management and field forces by handling queries and resolving work
∎ related problems as soon as possible. To physically visit the market and sale centers regularly.
∎ To closely monitor products of competitors and take necessary measures in consultation with Director (Sales)/GM (Marketing).
∎ To give daily report to Director (Sales)/GM (Marketing) regarding all key activities.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Minimum 15 years working experience on Sales & Marketing in multinational/any reputed organization in which 5 years must be similar post.

Salary:
