Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Master Degree in Public Administration/Management/Law from any university recognized by Govt. & UGC.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 4 (Four) years of experience in senior position in the relevant field (Manager).
∎ At least 12 years work experience in the relevant field of which 4 years in generation/ transmission/distribution utilities.
∎ Able to demonstrate knowledge in Company Law, TQM, Corporate Governance and Strategic Management will get preference.
Salary:
∎ Pay Grade-4
Basic Salary per month
Taka 105000.00 plus
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ House rent, festival bonuses, recognized provident fund, group insurance, encashment of earned leave, gratuity, medical allowances, conveyance allowances and other allowances will be provided as per company policy. Income tax shall have to be paid by the employee.
