Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Human Resources Management from a reputed University or Post Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Management will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and support the development and implementation of HR polices/process across all areas of the organization including improving performance, develop value base culture and providing effective change through maintaining compliance with local laws.
∎ Provide proactive HR support to the designated business/function including identifying talent needs and talent pool candidates, promoting career development, coaching and development planning
∎ Facilitate effective and consistent performance management, calibration and pay review discussions and negotiations within the business/function.
∎ Ensure adherence to establish policies and procedures, and compliance with all internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
∎ Work with HR team to develop, co-ordinate, implement and audit all HR activity within the department and across the organization
∎ Ensure effective implementation of the disciplinary and grievance procedures for all employee groups.
∎ Develop organizational capabilities by implementing KPI based performance management system
∎ Take initiative like planning, organizing, facilitating and providing consistent supervision to create wining culture based on Vision-Mission-Values
∎ Act as a strategic business partner and change agent with management and other stake holders
∎ Initiate effective steps towards establishing PPL as a good employer brand
∎ Work on establishment of effective salary grading for the organization to create sustainable balance in terms of career management and transparency
∎ Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures
∎ Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
∎ Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years

∎ Experiences:
∎ Minimum 18 years of experiences in core HR (at least 15 Years Experiences in Pharmaceuticals companies) having at least 10 years in managerial, supervisory and leading role. Noted that any kinds of personal persuasion will be treated as a disqualification.
