∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall management, planning designing and implementation of the projects and program activities.
∎ Plan, direct, coordinate, and lead activities of the organization to ensure the mission, vision, goals and objectives.
∎ Provide managerial and technical inputs to develop policy advocacy and engagement strategies and implementation plan.
∎ Identify the new areas of intervention, design and develop projects as per the priorities.
∎ Responsible for supervision of all staffs assigned to the projects to ensure it is on schedule and within budget.
∎ Conduct research in collaborative initiatives to generate evidence, capture and document lessons learned and good practices and innovations for new interventions.
∎ Ensure internal monitoring through tracking of activities, outputs and results using MIS system.
∎ Oversee financial plan and human resource plan.
∎ Oversight of budget and other resources.
∎ Guide project staff to improve their programming and analytical skills including activity planning, management, communication and monitoring.
∎ Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
∎ Oversee budget, ensure financial accountability.
∎ Prepare technical Papers, Speech and Presentation.
∎ Facilitating of different training, workshops and seminars.
∎ Prepare different external and internal reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): INGO, NGO, Project Management, Project Planning.
∎ We are looking forward to a candidate with a minimum of 10 years professional experience at senior level in the development and humanitarian sector.
∎ Have sound knowledge of managing Institutional donors supported programmes and be confident in programme appraisal, monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and verbal fluency in Bangla required.
∎ Exceptional leadership and time, task and resource management skills.
∎ Skillful in formulating Strategic Management.
∎ Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
∎ Possess gender and cultural awareness, positive attitude and professional integrity.
∎ Ready to undertake extensive field visits.
