Responsibilities & Context:

Project Title: Strengthening Rights‑Based Leadership and Sustainability of Organizations in Bangladesh (Strong OPD)

Project Duration: Up to May, 2028

Job Nature: Contractual (Temporary Full Time)

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Assist the Technical Coordinator in deploying the Project GEDSI tool and conducting Organizational Capacity Assessments (OCA) across target OPDs.

  • Facilitate the rollout of newly developed Modules, Guidelines, and Procedures (MGP). Lead the execution of the Training of Trainers (ToT) for frontline staff and OPD leadership.

  • Assist OPDs in developing organizational improvement plans and sustainability strategies.

  • Promote inclusive leadership and participation of women and underrepresented groups.

  • Implement field-level training under the Comprehensive OPD Capacity Strengthening Programme and targeted training on Gender-Responsive and Inclusive Governance Capacity.

  • Support implementation of awareness campaigns, advocacy meetings, and community sensitization activities.

  • Plan and organize institutional Exposure Visits and capacity development circuits to expand the operational horizons of participating OPDs.

  • Guide grassroots OPD leaders in conducting Resource and Networking Mapping to systematically link them with local government and potential donors.

  • Maintain records of training, workshops, and capacity building activities.

  • Prepare activity reports, training reports, participant databases, and learning documentation.

  • Collect case studies, success stories, and beneficiary feedback.

  • Ensure accessibility and disability inclusion in all project activities.

  • Support safeguarding and PSEA orientation sessions for staff and OPD members.

  • Promote inclusive participation and reasonable accommodation measures.

  • Ensure proper documentation and archiving of project records and technical resources.

  • Undertake all initiatives related to project activities.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
