Job Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organisation founded in 1976 at Jessore district. JCF is inviting application for the position of Deputy Director (ES) from competent candidates.
∎ Program : JCF Core Program

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide necessary assistance to Deputy Executive Director (DED) for smooth functioning of day to day activities.
∎ To play the role as Departmental Head in absence of DED.
∎ To supervise Public Relations Officer and Documentation Officer's day to day activities.
∎ To assist DED to organize Director's Coordination Meeting (DCM) and Projects Coordination Meeting.
∎ To assist DED to ensure smooth functioning of JCF Training cell, JCF Technical institute, Audit & Compliance cell and Monitoring and Evaluation cell.
∎ To write PP and different donor project communication.
∎ To assist DED in reviewing different organisation policies and manuals and/ or formulating new one.
∎ To represent organisation in different events.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 15 years relevant experience of which 5 years in senior management position of any reputed organization.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the NGO/INGO.
∎ Good English communication and writing skills.
∎ Basic computer skills on MS-Office.
