∎ Graduation in Accounting or Finance with professional degree in Chartered Secretary
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with SEC, DSE, CSE and other regulatory bodies and remain up to date about the statutory changes and assist Company Secretary to incorporate the changes.
∎ Assist Company Secretary organizing board meetings and AGMs and prepare and compile the meeting minutes.
∎ Prepare and review different documents as per the requirement of different relevant government agencies
∎ Ensure that the Memorandum and Articles of Association is properly complied
∎ Assist Company Secretary in publication of company's annual report and accounts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in the relevant position in a public listed company
∎ Skill Required: Good planning and organizing skill
∎ Very good communication skill (both written and spoken) in English.
∎ Should have strong Leadership Skills.
