• Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or NBFIs, with at least 3 years in a financial control or deputy-level leadership role.

• Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Bank reporting formats (CAMELS, RWA, CRR/SLR).

• Strong command of banking software (e.g., Finacle, T24, etc.) and financial automation tools.

Job Description:

The Deputy CFO will assist the CFO in managing the bank’s financial operations, internal controls, and compliance with BB’s financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial statements, regulatory reports, and annual budget preparation.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including reconciliations, tax compliance, and expense control.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors and prepare audit documentation.
• Support treasury operations, ALM reporting, and fixed asset management.
