Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement marketing plan and take corrective action as per market feedback
∎ Design and allocate promotional plan, program and materials with strong, dynamic and innovative activities for establishing new products
∎ New product launching (Ayurveda, Herbal & Nutraceuticals) and co-ordinate the overall activities of brand management
∎ Formulate annual budget for assigned products. Analyze sales- Rx performance to review the marketing plan.
∎ Preparation of product development plan and timeline for new products as per CFT meeting
∎ Conduct monthly sales meeting/conference. Conduct CME programs and arrange seminars and meeting with doctors on company's new products launch and existing products features
∎ Frequently doctor and filed visit for the field development, Develop MPOs to enter market access as well as provide broader knowledge regarding company's healthcare landscapes and competitor trends
∎ Train the field force on assigned products, develop understanding and continually enhance MPOs understanding regarding product's features, benefits, correct product application and usage as well as differentiate them from competitor's products
