∎ Age at least 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitate production plan and budget preparation.
∎ Land selection, farmers training and deed with the farmers.
∎ Maintain seeds quality (Genetics and physical) and time to time monitoring of all the fields.
∎ Suggest to field staff/ farmers on timely agronomic operation.
∎ Target achievement and development.
∎ Monitoring individual field crop progress on a regular basis
∎ Ensure cost efficient seeds production and adopting and continuing advance technology
∎ Communicating with Govt. and other agencies, plan and manage all logistics for production
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
