Responsibilities & Context:
As stated by Head of the department.
Responsible for All the activities of Depot Operations.
To set objective, Action plans & Strategies to operate distribution network to achieve depot’s target.
To ensure & supervise timely processing & follow up proper invoicing for stock out from store for onward supply in time according to the customers need.
Organize the distribution team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Control over inventory management when products as per requirement.
To supervise, monitor & checking to update depot monthly accounts receivable, payable & reconciliation of total cash sales & credit collection with bank deposit including closing stock statement & send Head Office to regularize for final adjustment.
Prepare Monthly & Annual Depot Operational Budget & ensure that operational cost within the budget.
