Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage, direct, and supervise the entire depot distribution team effectively, efficiently, and smoothly.
∎ Ensure timely distribution as per sales orders, collect payments according to invoices, and receive incoming materials as per challans.
∎ Plan and prepare delivery schedules to meet customer needs.
∎ Monitor overall administrative activities, including vehicle management and depot security.
