∎ Demonstrates proficiency in coordinating the transportation, distribution, and delivery of finished products to domestic customers, optimizing logistics processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Manages inventory levels of finished products, monitors stock availability, and ensures accurate record-keeping of inventory transactions to support timely order fulfillment and minimize stockouts.
∎ Processes customer orders accurately and efficiently, verifying order details, availability of stock, and pricing terms, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor inventory levels of finished products, coordinate with Central warehouse /production and factory warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock availability, and maintain accurate records of stock movements and transactions.
∎ Receive and process customer orders, verifying order accuracy, availability of stock, and compliance with sales policy and pricing terms.
∎ Coordinate the delivery of products, including scheduling deliveries, preparing invoices, and arranging transportation.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Force or Customers regarding order inquiries, delivery schedules, product availability, and other related matters, providing prompt and professional customer service.
∎ Identify and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, delivery delays, product shortages, or customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of distribution activities, including order records, delivery tracking information, and customer communications, and generate reports as needed to track performance metrics and trends.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing, permits, and quality standards related to product distribution activities in the domestic market
