Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure compliance with relevant Japanese financial regulatory requirements
Monitor daily remittance transactions to identify suspicious activities
Implement and maintain AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CFT (Counter Financing of Terrorism) policies
Maintain KYC (Know Your Customer) and customer due diligence processes
Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments
Liaise with regulatory bodies and partner institutions
Develop and deliver compliance training for staff
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audit purposes
Monitoring daily system operations and investigating any inconsistencies.
Understanding of cross-border remittance operations (Japan–Bangladesh corridor preferred)
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Good communication skills in English and Bengali
Proficiency in MS Office.
