The role involves accurate toll collection, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth traffic flow, while strictly adhering to company procedures and operational guidelines.

• Collect toll fees from vehicles accurately and efficiently.

• Operate toll collection software and ensure accurate data entry.

• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted vehicle movement.

• Perform duties in rotational shifts (day/night, weekends, and holidays).

• Maintain and reconcile daily cash collections with system records.

• Submit collected cash and reports to the Accounts Department after each shift.

• Report any discrepancies, irregularities, or technical issues immediately.

• Follow company rules, SOPs, and maintain professional conduct at all times.
