Healthos Limited is a B2B distribution and logistics company specializing in delivering pharmaceutical products to pharmacies across Dhaka. To ensure efficient operations, the city’s delivery network is divided into five key areas: Mirpur, Jatrabari, Badda, Uttara, and Dhanmondi.

Job Overview:

The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing delivery operations in assigned areas, ensuring smooth coordination between delivery personnel and internal teams. This role requires a balance of fieldwork and office-based management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Operations Management

   • Monitor and manage delivery personnel in assigned zones

   • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products

   • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, warehouse) to resolve delivery issues

2. Team Recruitment & Management

   • Hire and onboard delivery personnel for assigned areas

   • Train and supervise delivery staff to maintain service quality

   • Maintain attendance, performance, and discipline of delivery team

3. Sales Support & Growth

   • Drive sales through delivery personnel by ensuring strong pharmacy relationships

   • Identify opportunities to increase order volume in assigned zones

   • Support the sales team by providing field insights and feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage field teams

• Basic understanding of logistics or distribution operations

• Familiarity with Dhaka city routes is a plus

Work Structure

• 50% fieldwork (visiting assigned delivery zones)

• 50% office work (reporting, coordination, planning)
