We are a fast growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company located in Rajshahi. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking skilled and experienced professionals to join our team as Executive ( Pharmacists for Product Development, and Production and Microbiologist for Quality Control department).

Job responsibility:

Executive Production:

• Oversee and monitor the production process, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

• Supervise production workers and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure product quality.

• Maintain equipment and machinery in proper working condition.

Executive Product Development:

• Design and develop new pharmaceutical formulations (solid, liquid, semi-solid).

• Conduct pre-formulation and formulation studies for new products.

• Optimize formulation processes to ensure product stability and quality.

• Maintain and update product development records and technical documents.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for technology transfer to production.

Microbiologists:

• Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, water, and environmental samples.

• Conduct microbial limit, endotoxin and other testing as per standard procedures.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all microbiological analyses.

• Monitor environmental conditions of clean rooms and production areas.

• Investigate and document any microbial deviations and non-conformities.
