Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet and exceed customer and team member expectations by providing Yes I Can! service and teamwork.
∎ Co-ordinates all bakery food preparation including banquets when necessary.
∎ Prepare all the fresh ingredients for his/her daily mise-en-place and baking.
∎ Assist to Pastry & Bakery chef In-Charge to execute overall operations.
∎ Daily maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness quality of food products.
