Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setup nationwide dealers of travel agency based on market opportunities.
∎ Ensure VI (Visual Identification) at every dealer point.
∎ Publish yearly benefit policy for dealers every year.
∎ Advise and consult dealers for any business opportunities.
∎ ROI calculation and profitability analysis of dealers.
∎ Ensure the timeline in setting up dealership in accordance with organization standard.
∎ Monthly Dealer Evaluation.
∎ To perform regarding KPI based/ target oriented
∎ Reporting to supervisor about dealer activities by daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Prepare dealer policy and amend when needed.
∎ Ensure compliance at every dealer point.
∎ Responsible for all communication (ex- email, letter) with dealers throughout country.
∎ Prepare strategy for non-performer dealers by Root Cause Analysis and nursing them.
∎ Replace dropout/closed dealers.
∎ Arrange meetings with dealers when issue arises.
∎ Visit dealer points throughout country.
∎ Ensure dealers manpower training from company.
∎ Responsible for dealership agreement.
∎ Any others activates are assigned by line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Dealer Management, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Market Research, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Travel agency, IT/ Telecommunication, Group of company, Hospitality
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate dealer development activity in perfect SOP.
∎ Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer etc.
∎ Good command in English both oral and written.
Salary: Negotiable
