We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Miner to extract valuable insights from large datasets and support data-driven business decisions. You must have at least 3 - 4 years of practical experience in data mining techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis. This role will play a key part in developing data-driven strategies.

• Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Prior work in [specific industry, e.g., finance, e-commerce, healthcare] is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy) and/or R.
• Strong SQL skills for querying large databases.
• Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and statistical modeling.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies from large and complex datasets (structured and unstructured).
• Develop and optimize models using data mining tools (e.g., Rapid Miner, KNIME, Weka) and programming languages (Python, R, SQL).
• Apply clustering, classification, association rule mining, and predictive analytics.
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Data Scientists, Business Analysts) to present insights and generate reports.
• Maintain data privacy (GDPR/local regulations) and security standards.
• Continuously monitor performance and improve models.
