Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Starting Salary- 11,000 to 12,000/- (Eleven to Twelve Thousand Taka).
∎ Over Time work Facilities (Over time Salary is always higher than Basic salary).
∎ Monthly Performance Incentive up to 2,000 Taka. Yearly 2 Festival bonus (Eid /Puja) 50% of salary.
∎ Up to 20 % Salary will be increased after 4 months of joining considering sincerity, responsibility, and expertness. Then Every Year will be increased.
∎ 15 days Training.
