Education:

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 10–15 years of hands-on experience working within or closely with Bangladesh land revenue, survey, or registration offices.

  • In-depth practical knowledge of mutation, registration, Khatiyan (ROR), land tax, and survey processes.

  • Proven experience in land record digitization, data verification, and government liaison activities.

  • Strong familiarity with land office workflows including Tahsil, DLRS, Land Survey, and Registry offices.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Digitize, maintain, and manage accurate digital records of land deeds, mutation records, maps, and related documents.

  • Verify all data entries against original physical documents to ensure error-free record keeping.

  • Act as the primary liaison with Tahsil, DLRS, Land Survey, and Registry offices for submission, follow-up, and collection of documents.

  • Utilize procedural expertise to navigate government systems efficiently and reduce processing delays.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain trackers, files, and summaries for ongoing mutation, registration, and land tax matters.

  • Support legal and management teams by retrieving certified copies, status updates, and official land information.

  • Ensure safe custody, proper archiving, and confidentiality of physical and digital land records.

  • Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in land records and report them proactively for correction.

  • Train and guide junior staff on land office procedures, document types, and data entry standards.

  • Maintain high standards of data security, integrity, and confidentiality across all land-related information.
