Experience:
Additional certification or training in data entry, computer applications, or IT is often preferred.
Desirable previous experience in MSF or with other INGO/ NGOs with similar set-up. Bangla language is essential. Ability to communicate in English language and Chittagonian dialect is an asset.

Job Context: Carry out all the medical data entry related to Hep- C Test and Treat activities into the mission database, according to MSF protocols and maintaining confidentiality, in order to have reliable and up to date information.
Job Responsibilities:
Enter medical data (e.g. patient data, dates of visit, content of prescription, viral load, etc.) in mission’s database on a regular basis and according to MSF protocols.
Participate in compilation of data both from MSF structures and from collaborating health facilities.
Participate in the search for missing data.
Update files of existing patients and make any corrections needed.Make regular back-ups of all data processed.
Look after all equipment provided and keep recording area clean and tidy, giving special importance to all patient files.
Report any issue concerning data management to superior.
Elaborate statistical reports when required by the medical team.
Ensure, promote and maintain confidentiality regarding all information registered.
Enter patients demographics, medical history and tests results in Hep- C database (BHAMNI).
Record treatment regimen and dosages.
Update databases with laboratory results (e.g. viral load, RDT, SVR12).
Prepare Hep- C data for studies, internal audits or program evaluation as requested by MSF.
Collaborate with the Hep- C medical team to resolve data discrepancies.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with the support from the Hep- C coordinator and Data supervisor.
Maintain confidentiality and secure patient records at all times. No unauthorized personnel will have an access to patients data record.
Report issues directly to line manager.
Prepare data requested by the line manager for analysis.
Medical insurance for employee and direct dependents based on Health Care Policy- Locally Hired Staff (LHS).
Salary is not negotiable. Income tax deduction at source will be applicable based on the current income tax rule.
Festival bonus entitlement is effective upon completing one (01) year of uninterrupted service with MSF.
There are no provisions for relocations.
