Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for creating Sales contracts in ERP System based on contracts.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for creating Sales orders in ERP System based on customer PO.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to review data for deficiencies or error, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining database by entering new and updated customer and account information
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for establishing entry priorities
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for verifying and logs receipt of data
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a filing system and protecting confidential customer information
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for completing additional assigned tasks as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ RMG - ERP Experience
∎ Basic Computer Knowledge
∎ Attention to Detail

Salary: Negotiable
