Job Summary

Device Stamp is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the implementation and management of DPP-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting product and supply chain data to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, traceability, and operational efficiency within the DPP framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and maintain project-related datasets

• Analyze product, supply chain, compliance, and sustainability data

• Prepare dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for management and stakeholders

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of DPP-related information

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for data collection and validation

• Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies or missing information

• Support digital traceability and product transparency initiatives

• Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis

• Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data

• Assist in preparing compliance documentation and project reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, Economics, or related field

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics platforms will be an advantage

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Familiarity with sustainability, traceability, or supply chain data is a plus

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting-related work

• Experience working with manufacturing, retail, supply chain, or compliance projects will be preferred

• Understanding of Digital Product Passport (DPP), ESG, or sustainability reporting is an added advantage

• Collect and analyze textile and garment industry-related production, sourcing, compliance, and traceability data

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, fabrics, trims, accessories, and supply chain information for DPP requirements

• Coordinate with factories, merchandising, QA, compliance, and supply chain teams to gather operational data
