Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc.in Animal Husbandry;
∎ Priority should be given to MSc in Dairy science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making and preparation of different types of dairy by products like cheeses, Butter, Ghee, milk powder, fermented milk etc.
∎ Milk collection, processing and preservation with maintaining proper hygienic condition.
∎ To operate and maintain all types of milking equipment.
∎ To operate and maintain of cheese processing/production plant.
∎ To involve mostly with the supervision of workers in all aspects of dairy production, planning the work and documented it properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ The applicant should have experience in cheese production related works.
∎ Educational requirement should be considered for skilled person.
∎ Should have computer knowledge
Salary: Negotiable
