Job Summary:

Attend Online Customers Service to communicate inbox messages, Inbound & Outbound phone calls, order processing, What’s app Business Account maintenance with client

Customer Relationship build up, maintenance and Retention

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate customers through Facebook Business Messenger, What’s App & Phone call to respond to product inquiries, provide product information & Pictures to generate more orders.
  • Order process for fulfillment
  • Courier Issues & Return orders follow-up
  • Feedback collection for ensuring aftersales services
