Attend Online Customers Service to communicate inbox messages, Inbound & Outbound phone calls, order processing, What’s app Business Account maintenance with client
Customer Relationship build up, maintenance and Retention
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate customers through Facebook Business Messenger, What’s App & Phone call to respond to product inquiries, provide product information & Pictures to generate more orders.
- Order process for fulfillment
- Courier Issues & Return orders follow-up
- Feedback collection for ensuring aftersales services
