Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist traders with queries related to market conditions, trading platforms, and trade execution.
∎ Provide technical support for trading platforms, ensuring smooth trade execution and addressing issues in real-time.
∎ Resolve transactional inquiries related to trade orders, deposits, withdrawals, and margin levels.
∎ Troubleshoot and escalate complex technical issues to the technical support team or development team as required.
∎ Liaise with the trading desk to ensure traders receive timely updates on market changes or operational issues.
∎ Educate traders on platform features, new product offerings, and best practices to improve their trading experience.
∎ Log and track customer issues in CRM systems, ensuring appropriate follow-up until resolution.
∎ Monitor trader activity and market behavior to identify potential issues proactively.
∎ Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and platform enhancements.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of financial markets and trading products to address trader inquiries effectively.
∎ Work closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure all interactions adhere to company policies and regulations.
