Education:
- Honors / BBA / Master’s Degree in any discipline.
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Freight forwarding.
- At least 02 years in Shipping & Freight Forwarding industry.
- Applicant must have experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding sector.
- Two or more years of experience in managing sales & customer service in a corporate setting at a Shipping/Freight Forwarding Company.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing, excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Exceptional experience in sales and business development of Shipping/Freight Forwarding, Air and Sea, Export & Import will be treated as an additional qualification.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to priorities work, well organized, coordinate, and good follow up skills.
- Meticulous and able to work independently.
- Conversant with rules and regulations of Airlines & Customs with Express Courier & Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Should have adequate knowledge and efficiency to communicate with local & foreign clients.
Responsibilities & Context: - Communicate with local and foreign Principal / Agent’s / Business Partners.
- Need to have good relationship with foreign agents, airlines and customers.
- Proficient in computer applications, e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Receiving phone call of import & export query from customers.
- Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
- You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Identifying the service gaps and developing effective service process/ strategies.
