  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Freight forwarding.
  • At least 02 years in Shipping & Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Applicant must have experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding sector.
  • Two or more years of experience in managing sales & customer service in a corporate setting at a Shipping/Freight Forwarding Company.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing, excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional experience in sales and business development of Shipping/Freight Forwarding, Air and Sea, Export & Import will be treated as an additional qualification.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to priorities work, well organized, coordinate, and good follow up skills.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Conversant with rules and regulations of Airlines & Customs with Express Courier & Freight Forwarding Industry.
  • Should have adequate knowledge and efficiency to communicate with local & foreign clients.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Communicate with local and foreign Principal / Agent’s / Business Partners.
  • Need to have good relationship with foreign agents, airlines and customers.
  • Proficient in computer applications, e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
  • Receiving phone call of import & export query from customers.
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
  • You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Identifying the service gaps and developing effective service process/ strategies.
