Making the Reservation of Air tickets, Hotels, Tours, Activities, Transfers, and other relevant services.
Attend customer calls, provide product information, send quotes, create invoice.
Communicate with customer by email, phone, Social Media, in person.
Must be able to maintain co-operative and close relationship with old clients and develop new customers through professional caliber.
Create a travel itinerary with flights & tour package items given.
Respond to client query via online & offline channels.
Describing the package tour, sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients.
Keeping updated knowledge of the Airline`s Promotional offers.
Provide up-to-date travel-related information to the customer.
Maintain high professional standards of communications, dealings with customers & suppliers
Have an active role in promoting the business through social media and other platforms
Submit daily work reports, on a regular basis.
Must able to work multiple task.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
