∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (IT or Business background preferred).
∎ 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a relevant field.
∎ Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Basic understanding of VoIP, call center solutions, or CRM systems is a plus.
∎ Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
∎ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

∎ Maintain customer records, update CRM systems, and track support tickets.
∎ Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
∎ Assist in troubleshooting VoIP, CRM, and call center solutions.
∎ Generate reports on customer feedback and support activities.
