Master’s degree in any discipline, with at least two First Class/Division or equivalent CGPA, and no Third Division.

  • Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent.

  • Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.

  • Candidates with prior experience as contractual or outsourced staff in a similar field will be given preference.

  • Confidence to take challenge and fulfil daily tasks.

  • Good command in Microsoft office specially excels for daily reporting.

  • Analytics skill and working ability for team development.

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

  • Expert in data entry both Bangla and English.



Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed bank is seeking talented, enthusiastic, and dynamic individuals to join its growing team as Customer Support Associates (CSA) and play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring an excellent banking experience.

  • Handle daily cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently.

  • Receive and process utility bills, loan instalments, and other customer collections as per bank policy.

  • Ensure proper verification of customer identity and transaction documents before processing.

  • Maintain accurate records of all cash and non-cash transactions in the system.

  • Balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies at the end of each working day.

  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers at all times.

  • Support branch operations by maintaining compliance with banking policies, AML, and KYC guidelines.

  • Assist in cross-selling bank products and services to achieve branch sales targets.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively or escalate as required.

  • Ensure safety, confidentiality, and proper handling of bank cash, instruments, and customer information.

  • Assist in updating customer data and maintaining digital service records.

  • Support internal teams with customer information and document verification.

  • Monitor system alerts, track service requests, and ensure prompt responses.
