Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate input.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns, and issues professionally.
  • Provide information and offer guidance to customers.
  • Handle & reply to our users professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Gather feedback from customers to enhance services.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and other relevant metrics.
  • Contact with lead customers Follow-up call with interested customers
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be able to work in roster shifts. (Morning, Afternoon, Night).
