- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate input.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns, and issues professionally.
- Provide information and offer guidance to customers.
- Handle & reply to our users professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Gather feedback from customers to enhance services.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and other relevant metrics.
- Contact with lead customers Follow-up call with interested customers
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to work in roster shifts. (Morning, Afternoon, Night).
