Additional Requirements: - Age 22 to 35 years

- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a relevant field.
- Female candidates are preferable.
- Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Basic understanding of VoIP, Bulk SMS Service, call center solutions, or CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Context: Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Promote products/services clearly and professionally
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and Facebook Messenger.
Generate and qualify sales leads
Provide technical and non-technical support related to our products and services.
Maintain customer records, update CRM systems, and track support tickets.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
Assist in troubleshooting VoIP, CRM, Bulk SMS and call center solutions.
Generate reports on customer feedback and support activities.
Collect potential leads from Facebook Page, LinkedIn, and Google, and make cold calls to introduce our services.
