Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive, Reservation to join our team and enrich our
∎ travel and tourism services

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation (Domestic, International & Umrah), Creating PNR, Issuing and
∎ Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Galileo, Saber & Amadeus),
∎ Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations and
∎ modifications of reservations.
∎ Keep up to date information about airline rules & policies and ADM policies.
∎ Arrange group ticket arrangement and act as a tour guide if needed.
∎ Contact customers and travel agents to update them about product & promotions.
∎ Develop travel products and day to day operational support.
∎ Create and support the organization in building and maintaining a professional network within
∎ the B2B & B2C travel space within Bangladesh.
∎ To look for new suppliers who are offering special fare in different airlines

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years

Salary: Negotiable
