Job Responsibilities:

Maintain regular data follow-up with potential and existing clients to ensure all inquiries and project updates are tracked and addressed promptly.

Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and the design team, ensuring proper time management and clear communication.

Handle client interactions professionally, including responding to queries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about services.

Keep organized records of client communications, project progress, and follow-up actions in the system.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Assist in converting leads into confirmed projects through consistent follow-up and relationship building.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and executed.

Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality.

Ensure timely communication regarding appointments, updates, and project milestones.
