∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ecommerce Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Job Responsibility consists of the following duties:
∎ Be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat
∎ Responding promptly to customer queries/messages on the product of their interest through social media and phone
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Executing orders received from customers
∎ Maintaining up to date knowledge about the products that are being promoted and sold
∎ Promoting the products to personnel and companies digitally as per the guideline of management
∎ Maintaining proper documentation of all orders executed and filing them periodically
∎ Applicant must be fluent in English and Bengali.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
