Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet patients and visitors politely and professionally.
  • Provide information regarding services, tests, procedures, fees, and reports.
  • Coordinate patient movement (reception → billing → lab/radiology → report delivery).
  • Assist patients with special needs (elderly, disabled, etc.).
  • Collect patient feedback and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Confirm consultation schedules and investigation availability with doctors.
  • Ensure proper communication between consultants and patients (e.g., delay updates, rescheduling).
  • Maintain a friendly, respectful attitude toward all consultants and visiting professionals.
  • Listen actively and empathetically to any complaints or service issues.
  • Resolve issues where possible, or escalate to the right department.
  • Record feedback for service improvement.
