Responsibilities & Context: - Greet patients and visitors politely and professionally.
- Provide information regarding services, tests, procedures, fees, and reports.
- Coordinate patient movement (reception → billing → lab/radiology → report delivery).
- Assist patients with special needs (elderly, disabled, etc.).
- Collect patient feedback and escalate concerns when needed.
- Confirm consultation schedules and investigation availability with doctors.
- Ensure proper communication between consultants and patients (e.g., delay updates, rescheduling).
- Maintain a friendly, respectful attitude toward all consultants and visiting professionals.
- Listen actively and empathetically to any complaints or service issues.
- Resolve issues where possible, or escalate to the right department.
- Record feedback for service improvement.
