Experience:
Experience in airport or airline customer service preferred (freshers can apply).
Strong communication skills in English & Bangla.
Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills (DCS/GDS knowledge is an advantage).
Computer Skill ( MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
Assist passengers during check-in, seat allocation, and travel document verification.
Provide information regarding flight schedules, delays, boarding gates, and general airport guidance.
Handle passenger queries, complaints, and special service requests
Ensure proper boarding procedures and verify boarding passes at the gate.
Support passengers with baggage tagging, weight management, and excess baggage payment process.
Coordinate with ramp/ground handling teams for baggage discrepancies
Assist in lost & found services and file Property Irregularity Reports (PIR) when needed.
Ensure strict compliance with airport security and airline regulations.
Verify travel documents (passport, visa) and identify improper documents.
Maintain passenger safety throughout check-in, boarding, and arrival processes.
Coordinate with airline crews, ground handlers, immigration, and security teams.
Assist during flight delays, cancellations, or disruptions.
Prepare flight-related reports and complete required documentation.
