Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 29 years
  • Experience in airport or airline customer service preferred (freshers can apply).

  • Strong communication skills in English & Bangla.

  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Basic computer skills (DCS/GDS knowledge is an advantage).

  • Computer Skill ( MS Word, Power Point, Excel)



Responsibilities & Context:

Passenger Handling

  • Assist passengers during check-in, seat allocation, and travel document verification.

  • Provide information regarding flight schedules, delays, boarding gates, and general airport guidance.

  • Handle passenger queries, complaints, and special service requests

  • Ensure proper boarding procedures and verify boarding passes at the gate.

Baggage Handling

  • Support passengers with baggage tagging, weight management, and excess baggage payment process.

  • Coordinate with ramp/ground handling teams for baggage discrepancies

  • Assist in lost & found services and file Property Irregularity Reports (PIR) when needed.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure strict compliance with airport security and airline regulations.

  • Verify travel documents (passport, visa) and identify improper documents.

  • Maintain passenger safety throughout check-in, boarding, and arrival processes.

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with airline crews, ground handlers, immigration, and security teams.

  • Assist during flight delays, cancellations, or disruptions.

  • Prepare flight-related reports and complete required documentation.
