Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage overall management of restaurant operations on day to day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, sales-marketing, party booking, outlet appearance and cost control.

  • Handling cash and digital transactions from customers

  • Providing immediate and prompt resolution to customer complaints

  • Coordinating with kitchen team to ensure timely food service and delivery

  • Keeping record and held accountable for inventory consumption, stock in and stock out accurately 

  • Ability to handle difficult situations and any sort of customer query

  • Closing accounts and end of day transactions

  • Courteous & efficient telephone manner.



Job Other Benifits:

    Salary: TK 12,000+(Depending on Caliber & Experience)
