Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely and accurate customer service
∎ Handling cash and digital transactions from customers
∎ Providing immediate and prompt resolution to customer complaints
∎ Coordinating with kitchen team to ensure timely food service and delivery
∎ Keeping record and held accountable for inventory sold and received
∎ Ability to handle difficult situations and any sort of customer query
∎ Closing accounts and end of day transactions

∎ Minimum 6-12 Months Related Sector
Salary:
∎ TK 10,000 - 12,000 (Depending on Caliber & Experience)
