Working Hours: Shift-based duty - 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
Job Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer reviews across multiple platforms.
Assist customers with financial transactions and transfer-related support.
Handle support tickets through email, live chat, and other service channels.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Provide fast, professional, and effective live chat support.
Track customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
Follow up on pending or unresolved customer requests.
Handle inbound and outbound phone support when required.
