  • Experience in a Customer Service or Support role.

  • Fluent and professional English communication is a must.

  • Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools is required.

  • Energetic, proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.

  • Professional attitude with high accountability.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

  • Ticket systems, chat tools, or payment/financial process experience is a plus.



Responsibilities & Context:

Onsite Position - Barishal

WeTrainEducation & Tech OPC is looking for smart, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in the financial services sector.

Location: Usha-Tara Kunju, 1 no. C&B Pole, C&B Road, Barishal Sadar, Barishal

Working Hours: Shift-based duty - 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer reviews across multiple platforms.

  • Assist customers with financial transactions and transfer-related support.

  • Handle support tickets through email, live chat, and other service channels.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Provide fast, professional, and effective live chat support.

  • Track customer satisfaction and improve service quality.

  • Follow up on pending or unresolved customer requests.

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone support when required.
