  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle customers professionally



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Respond to customer messages on Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn

  2. Handle inbound customer queries efficiently

  3. Generate and follow up on sales leads

  4. Provide customer support via phone and email

  5. Assist in digital marketing activities (post management, boosting, etc.)

  6. Support visa processing and tour package operations

  7. Maintain proper communication and relationship with clients
