Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering Client correspondences through Email, Social Media, and by Phone.
∎ Ability to communicate with Customers in both written and spoken within Corporate Environment.
∎ Making sure all Queries are dealt with efficiently.
∎ Relaying extensive Product Information to the Customers.
∎ Filing Customer Records, including Contact Information, Purchases and Billings.
∎ Conducting surveys and writing reports based on Customer feedback on Products and Services.
∎ Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
∎ Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
∎ Managing orders and ensuring their prompt delivery.
∎ Updating on Internal Processes, Procedures, Regulations and Products and providing accurate guidance to Clients at all times.
∎ Liaise with Customers on all aspects of the order including Queries, Complaints.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To have good Computer Literacy
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali & English.
